My shop of the week: Mr Shoes

This week i am absolutely loving Mr-Shoes. Mainly because they are offering buy one get one half price on all their amazing shoes at the moment. I just can't resist a bargain and pretty shoes.

Even though winter is still refusing to leave and with the bitter temperatures and snow this weekend, I still find myself dreaming of cute dresses, sunglasses and a day at the beach with a good book and cocktails. I have already started updating my wardrobe from winter to spring / summer and I'm now on the hunt for the perfect shoes. My wish list below included cute flats,  sandals  and heels which will look amazing with my summer wardrobe.

My high street shop of the week: Republic

Sports luxe is going to big this season. You don't have to be sporty to wear this trend, just throw on a sweatshirt, pop on some trainers and some baggy trousers or shorts. My favourite trend hitting the stores for spring has to be pastels. All winter i have been wearing very dark colours which definitely affects my mood. It seems to me like Monochrome has never gone out of fashion. I admit, the majority of my wardrobe contains black. Its just such a simple and easy colour to wear. My top three wedding outfits for 2013

Today i have been spending some time trawling the web for wedding outfits for the upcoming wedding season. I have a few to go to this year, including my sisters in the summer, where i will be her bridesmaid. Eek so excited. Also we are planning on arranging our boys to be christened around august time. So much shopping to do! I have narrowed down my favourite shop as Phase Eight. Their dresses and accessories are so elegant. Its about time i started dressing more lady like at my age. I have been a bit of an on line shopping addict lately and on a number of occasions had to tell my husband to hide my card from me. I decided to now wait until the weather warms up to start buying my spring wardrobe and thought I'd do a little wish list of the products i really want for my wardrobe.  

Firstly the studded cowboy boots are something i have been desperate for for a long time now. I have seen many bloggers wearing them and really add a bit of 90s grunge to an outfit. A trend which i am loving right now. The ones featured above are £24.99 and also come in tan. 

The leopard print shirt is just amazing. Anything with cats and a collar, i fall head over heels. This shirt will be great for the spring as it is light weight while covering the arms. I love the price too, £11.34 or $17.99 with free shipping. Actually i can't wait, I'm buying it.. Expect to see it in an outfit post soon. 

The leather jacket was big for autumn winter but i am yet to buy one myself. I love how this one has a fur collar. It is by Topshop but unfortunately has now ended on eBay. I know i shouldn't of featured it but I still want a leather jacket for spring hence being on the wish list. 

This spring/ summer, pastels are set to be the colour of the season. At the moment i am loving mint green. I came across one in Asos a while ago but was far too expensive. Whenever i see something i want but cant afford i always go to Ebay looking for a cheaper version. I found this 'Pippa Middleton' Modalu bag but costs a whopping £145. So lovely but will have to stay on my wishlist till i win the lottery. Also keeping with the pastels theme, i found a cute sterling silver love heart necklace . This is another disappointing expensive find that will only be a wish, costing £115.

My spring 2013 wish list ♥

With the shops starting to release their spring/ summer collections, i thought I'd make a spring wish list/ inspiration post. I am really getting bored of winter now and can't wait to be able to get out side without wearing about five layers of clothing. However spring will still require some layering such as a light weight jacket, cardigan, jumper or tights.

The spring/ summer 2013 fashion shows contained so many new exciting trends for this year. The looks to choose from include pastels, neon's, metallics, graphic patterns, monochrome or cropped. The best being the return of the 90's.

Miranda Kerr for Mango.

 

 

 

 

This week I couldn't help but notice Miranda Kerr's collection at Mango. It is due to be released for their Spring/ summer 2013 collection replacing Kate Moss who has worked with Mango for the past three seasons. I was attracted to the clothing range when i saw the shot of Miranda in a black mini skirt, cropped top and orange blazer ensemble. I wouldn't wear the top and skirt but i love, love the blazer and will be looking out for this one when it's released.

 In another shot,  she sits on a stool in a gorgeous comfy knitted jumper and ripped blue jeans. Love the pattern and shape of this jumper.

 

 

 

The only outfit i didn't like was this crop top and double-suede. On Miranda Kerr its going to look hot but on any average girl it may be a little cringe worthy.
